Returns

Merchandise Returns

For your protection, ship all returns prepaid and insured. We will refund your postage if we shipped in error. Please package returns securely - we cannot be responsible for items returned in envelopes. We cannot accept collect or postage due shipments, and are not responsible for uninsured packages that are lost in transit. Once returned merchandise has been received and inspected at Thunderbird Supply Company, a credit will be applied. You must notify us within 10 days of receiving your order; a 15% restocking fee may apply.  

  • Return to the Galllup location.
  • Attention Mail Order.
  • Send a copy of your invoice.
  • Note the reason for the return.
  • Note how you would like your credit, credit card or on account.

 

Exchanges

Errors, Damages, Shortages

Thunderbird must be notified of items shipped in error, damaged merchandise or shortages within 10 days of receipt of shipment to establish a claim. If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, please note the damage on the carrier's freight bill or receipt. Be sure to retain a copy. Keep the original package and all packing material will cause delays and could even prevent reimbursement. Pictures are also needed for insurance claim.
