Shipping Information

Thunderbird Supply Company’s shipping policy for new customers only, effective January 12, 2015

• Order(s) may be held 3-5 extra days for verification purposes to reduce our risk of fraudulent orders.
• Orders where the shipping address is different from billing address will not be shipped due verification purposes to reduce our risk of fraudulent orders.
• Contact phone number outside the billing address, city and state will not be shipped.
• New customer order(s) will not be shipped “expedited”; overnight, 2nd day or 3-day method.

A handling fee is added to every order, $3.00 for domestic and $7.50 for International orders. Some products require an additional Hazardous Materials shipping fee or special crating fee. Some items may not be shipped by UPS due to size or weight. At our option, we may not offer to ship on specific items. UPS will deliver only to street addresses, not post office boxes. There may be additional charges for some International orders. International and expedited orders cannot contain Hazard materials. First-time customers will not be expedited.

Please note that orders placed after 10:00 am Mountain Daylight Time will be processed the following regular business day of Thunderbird Supply's shipping department.  Every effort is made to ship orders within 1-2 business days of receiving an order. Orders requesting UPS 3day, UPS 2day and UPS Overnight services must be received before 10:30 am MDT to be shipped out the same day. UPS Ground packages may take 1-3 days to ship. 

Our Mail Order department is open Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm MDT for taking and processing orders. We are closed on the weekends and on major holidays. 

Estimated delivery times are shown below. These are not guaranteed delivery times; holidays and unforeseen bad weather can lengthen the delivery time. All estimated days are business days and do not include the day the order is shipped out.

Insurance

Insurance will not be included in your website estimate but will be applied for your benefit. You may decline insurance, but Thunderbird Supply Company will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

Merchandise Returns

For your protection, ship all returns prepaid and insured. We will refund your postage if we shipped in error. Please package returns securely - we cannot be responsible for items returned in envelopes. We cannot accept collect or postage due to shipments and are not responsible for uninsured packages that are lost in transit. Once returned merchandise has been received and inspected at Thunderbird Supply Company, a credit will be applied or a replacement will be sent. 

Errors, Damages, Shortages

Thunderbird must be notified of items shipped in error, damaged merchandise or shortages within 10 days of receipt of shipment to establish a claim. If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, please note the damage on the carrier's freight bill or receipt. Be sure to retain a copy. Keep the original package and all packing material will cause delays and could even prevent reimbursement. 

Safety

Thunderbird Supply bears and accepts no responsibility for injury or damage which may result from the improper use of its products, or from a modified product or repair by others, or from abuse, abnormal use to use beyond normal product life. 

Safety Data Sheets (S.D.S.)

S.D.S. is available for all of our chemical products. Please inquire if you need an S.D.S. for a specific product. They are available at no charge.

Prices shown are cash prices in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Shipping and Handling fees are also subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities. Please note that orders processing is based on Mountain Daylight Time. All website orders placed after 10:00 a.m. Mountain Daylight Time will be processed the following regular business day of Thunderbird Supply's shipping department. Thunderbird is not liable and accepts no responsibility for delays caused by holidays, weather, other acts of God, or world events that cause delays in shipping transit time.

Special or High Dollar Orders

Thunderbird Supply reserves the right to ship large value orders only to the billing address of the credit card. Orders that require special product packaging, cutting, or coiling may cause delays in processing and shipment time, and are subject to special handling fees.
