For your protection, please ship all returns prepaid and insured. If we made an error in shipping, we will refund the cost of return postage. To ensure the safe return of your items, please package them securely—items returned in envelopes may be damaged, and we cannot accept them. We are not responsible for uninsured packages that are lost in transit.
- Important: You must notify us within 10 days of receiving your order for a return. A 15% restocking fee may apply.
- Once the returned merchandise has been received and inspected by Thunderbird Supply Company, a credit will be issued.

When returning items, please include:
- A copy of your invoice
- The reason for the return
- Your preferred method of credit (to your credit card or on your account)
If you receive an incorrect item, damaged merchandise, or notice a shortage, you must notify Thunderbird Supply within 10 days of receiving your shipment to initiate a claim. If the package appears visibly damaged upon arrival, please note the damage on the carrier's freight bill or receipt. Retain a copy of this receipt, along with the original packaging and all packing materials. Failure to do so may cause delays and could affect the insurance claim process. We may also require photos of the damaged items for the insurance claim.
